A private, structured path from conflict to clarity
Log in to the SilentConsensus™ dashboard and create a new partition session. Enter the list of assets to be divided — real estate, financial accounts, personal property, business interests, or anything else relevant to the case. Set the number of participants (typically two, but the system supports more). The platform generates a unique, time-limited, single-use link for each participant.
Each party receives their secure link (delivered by the attorney, not the system). They open it in any modern browser — no app download, no account creation. The interface presents the asset list as a simple checklist. Each participant checks off the assets they prefer. Before submission, selections are cryptographically transformed on the participant's device. The platform does not store identity-linked plaintext selections.
Upon submission, each participant's browser generates a verifiable receipt — a QR code encoding their selections. This receipt is created on the participant's device; the platform stores only non-attributed verification data. The participant can photograph or print it as proof that their selections were accurately recorded.
Once all participants have submitted, the system computes the partition. Each asset falls into one of three categories:
Uncontested — Only one party selected this asset. Assignment is straightforward.
Contested — Multiple parties selected the same asset. Negotiation is needed here.
Unclaimed — No party selected this asset. Disposition can be handled separately.
The partition map is visible only to the attorney. It contains no names, no individual preferences — only the aggregate outcome. The attorney then meets each participant privately, verifies their receipt, and records final assignments in the appropriate case file. The map tells you where to focus, not who wants what.
SilentConsensus™ is not a survey tool, a negotiation platform, or a mediation service. It is a cryptographic preference discovery system purpose-built for the legal asset partition workflow.
Non-attribution is engineered, not merely promised. The system is designed not to reveal individual preferences because it does not store selections in participant-attributable form. This is enforced at the preference-submission and storage layer, not merely promised by policy.
No participant accounts for the selection workflow. Parties interact through secure, time-limited links. The platform is designed not to maintain identity-linked selection records.
Attorney-controlled workflow. You decide when sessions start, who gets access, and when results are reviewed. The system follows your process, not the other way around.
